Dr. Al Sanders founded Design-Vantage Technologies, LLC in 2013 after working over 20 years in the aerospace and defense industry driving operational innovations with little or no precedent for a Fortune 100 company at a time when that industry needed to stay on the bleeding edge of technology to be competitive. Over the course of his career he has had the opportunity to work across nearly all phases of product development for mechanical and electronic systems and has held technical leadership roles in advanced technology, advanced manufacturing, component design and analysis, engineering tools and design methods, test and evaluation, and Six Sigma. He uses this uniquely-wide depth and breadth of real-world industry experience to help clients pinpoint high-impact product development and manufacturing areas where operational innovations are needed to drive growth.
